Shipping and Handling; Returns; Refunds; Replacements Policies
SHIPPING:
- BattMech will ship your item purchased using the carrier of our choosing.
- If you purchased an item classified as a Hazardous Material, it will be shipped ground. (BattMech employees are certified in hazardous material shipments and how to handle them correctly.)
- Purchases will normally be mailed out within 3 Business Days.
TRACKING:
- BattMech will issue a tracking number/s for your package(s).
REPLACEMENTS:
- Request for a replacement item must be made by emailing [email protected].
- For replacements regarding Limited Warranty, please reference the Limited Warranty section of this website.
- BattMech may replace a defective item upon request by emailing [email protected] and only after the Purchaser returns the defective item.
- Item must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of original purchase date, unless otherwise stated through communications with BattMech via email.
- Return of the item for a replacement, and all costs associated with the return of the item to be replaced are the Purchaser’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated through communications with BattMech via email.
- A comparable item must be in stock and verified by BattMech by communication from BattMech to the Purchaser before return via email. (This is so we can set the replacement item aside for your return, unless otherwise stated through communications with BattMech via email.)
- If the item is replaced, replacements will be issued for the same or like item only, of the same value, unless otherwise stated through communications with BattMech via email.
- Replacement NOT ISSUED if damage is done to any of the QR codes or Stickers on BattMech Products.
- Replacement NOT ISSUED if what you return is not the original product BattMech sent in its original condition.
- Replacement NOT ISSUED if any module is charged or discharged in any way before its installation into the vehicle.
- Replacement NOT ISSUED if any tamper-proof stickers have been tampered with, removed, or made void.
RETURNS:
- Returns may involve fees as outlined within this Policy.
- For returns regarding the Limited Warranty, please reference the Limited Warranty section of this website.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be returned and/or postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
- No return will be accepted if the item has been damaged or if the item no longer matches the listing description or the condition of the item sold to the Purchaser.
- The Purchaser assumes responsibility for the cost of return, packaging, handling, and shipping costs and/or fees to return the item to BattMech. (Unless otherwise stated through communications in writing via email by BattMech.)
- The Purchaser pays all return shipping costs and fees associated.
- Refunds will be issued once the item is returned to BattMech and inspected for damage and verified to be not in working condition.

RESTOCKING FEES:
- Non-defective items returned in restockable condition are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee based on the original purchase price. This fee is intended to offset costs incurred by BattMech, including, without limitation, original shipping, handling, and processing expenses, even where shipping was provided at no charge to the customer or advertised as “free shipping.”

NON-RETURN OF OLD REPLACEMENT ITEM:
- A non-return of item/s that are requested to be returned within this listing will VOID WARRANTY.
- A non-return of item/s that are requested to be returned will generate a FUTURE BILL from BattMech for the stated amount of item value within the description of this listing.
- A non-paid bill for item/s that are requested to be returned and are found to have been a non-return may BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS if the bill is not paid on time.

"30-Day Money Back Guarantee" is not a warranty.
No warranty expressed or implied on any products with a money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated.
- We will refund your money minus any shipping/handling/labor or other fees or losses you incur shipping the product back to us.
