By checking this box, I explicitly grant BattMech.com permission to place a link to my business website on their website and to use my contact information for the purpose of promoting my services as an authorized installer of their products. I acknowledge that this permission constitutes free marketing and that I will treat leads generated through BattMech.com with courtesy and promptness, committing to respond to inquiries within two (2) business days.

I understand that my listing as an "Authorized BattMech Installer" is subject to approval by BattMech.com and that BattMech reserves the right to remove me from their website at any time, for reasons including but not limited to non-compliance with terms, misconduct, or changes in business circumstances. Similarly, I reserve the right to request removal from BattMech's website for any reason.

This agreement does not establish a formal business relationship between myself and BattMech or any of its affiliates. It is a mutually beneficial arrangement allowing BattMech to promote its products and allowing me to benefit from free marketing and discounts on core returns. I fully and willingly agree to indemnify and hold harmless BattMech and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my services, their website listing of my services, or the use of any BattMech services and/or products.
